What You'll Be Doing
- Serving beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks with confidence and efficiency
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Managing busy service periods while staying calm and professional
- Promoting responsible alcohol service and guest safety
- Supporting events, live entertainment and special venue activations
- Working closely with the wider team to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar experience is essential
- Confident working in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and professional approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of drinks service and hospitality standards
- Reliable, punctual and motivated to deliver great experiences
