This is a fast-paced, demanding sales role with high earning potential and huge job satisfaction for driven, customer-oriented salespeople.

Overview of duties:
- Prepare property listings
- Handle enquiries
- Arrange appointments
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate, agree and progress sales
- Diary management
- Host and take part in meetings
- Make legal and financial referrals
- Administration associated with the above
Status & Salary:
- Full time, permanent
- £26,000 basic annual salary, with on-target earnings of £37,300 per annum based on achievable target comprising commissions and bonuses
- Commissions are paid for every sale and are UNCAPPED, so the more you sell, the more you earn

Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:15 with 45 min lunch
- One in three Saturdays (day off in lieu during the week)
