We are looking to recruit a Guest Service Host to join our team, with a key focus on delivering excellent customer service to every guest and ensuring Front of House areas run smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:

Provide a warm, friendly, and confident welcome to guests, delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Assist with the self-check-in and check-out process for residents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

Serve residents and guests in the lounge, bar, and restaurant during busy periods

Escort visitors to conference rooms and ensure all requirements are met

Assist with conference and event set up and clear down as required

Engage with guests, visitors, and colleagues at all levels, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality

Support the smooth running of Front of House operations, adapting to a variety of tasks and guest needs

Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, contributing to a seamless guest experience
