Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent issues before they arise
- Perform repairs
- Supervise maintenance tasks performed by team members or contractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in general repairs and troubleshooting
- Electrical experience including working with wiring, circuits,
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices across various building systems
- Leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding team members during maintenance projects
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
