Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operational and clinical standards. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centered care, maintaining compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff alike. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, uphold high-quality care standards, and promote a safe, supportive community for seniors requiring assisted living, nursing, or dementia care. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the care operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed meticulously.
- Supervise and support staff members, fostering a culture of excellence in adult social care , and home care services.
- Conduct regular audits of care quality, health & safety procedures, and documentation to ensure continuous compliance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Promote a warm, welcoming environment that encourages independence while providing compassionate support for service users with complex needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in supported living or nursing home management with a strong understanding of CQC regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of nursing practices, medication management and care techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that address individual health requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
