About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Baker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of fresh products to a consistently high standard, while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of tray bakes, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure stock is ready for daily production.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
- Decorate and finish products where required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas.
- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a genuine interest in baking and food.
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be organised and able to work in a busy environment.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have previous baking or kitchen experience (preferred but not essential).
