We urgently need reliable, compassionate and experienced Care Workers and Support Workers to join our growing team for Ipswich and surrounding areas !

Clear pay information
Our basic hourly rate starts from £12.90 per hour.
Eligible zero-hour and irregular-hours workers receive 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay, paid in addition to their basic hourly rate.
For example:
£12.90 basic hourly pay
+ £1.56 rolled-up holiday pay
= £14.46 total paid per hour
Rolled-up holiday pay will be clearly identified as a separate payment on your payslip.
Permanent full-time and part-time employees with regular contracted hours will receive paid annual leave in accordance with their contract and statutory entitlement.

Who we are looking for
We are recruiting:
- Care Workers
- Support Workers
- Experienced Healthcare Assistants
- Staff available for days, nights and weekends
- Staff interested in regular shifts and block bookings
- Staff looking for permanent full-time or part-time employment
Essential requirements
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of six months’ paid UK care experience
- A caring, professional and dependable attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence working in care or support settings
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and duty of care
- The ability to follow care plans and risk assessments
- The confidence to report concerns promptly
- A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people
- The ability to attend and complete every shift accepted
Your duties may include
- Supporting individuals with personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Supporting with meals, fluids and nutrition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Following care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining clear and accurate care records
- Reporting safeguarding or welfare concerns immediately
- Promoting dignity, independence, choice and respect
- Working professionally as part of a care team
