Your Role
- Supporting your 17-year-old male client with Autism, in his own home with day-to-day activities and personal needs
- Providing 2:1 Care to the client
- Helping him develop life skills and maintain independence
- Providing companionship and encouragement
- Assisting with community involvement and outings
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring your client safety

Shift Details:
- Day Shift : 06:00 am to 18:00 pm
- Evening Shift : 18:00pm- 23:00pm
- Waking nights:23:00pm - 06:00am
What We’re Looking For:
- Driver is Essential
- Male candidates only.
- Caring, compassionate reliable individuals with a willingness to learn
- Challenging behaviour experience with young adults with behavioural needs
- Complex Care experience required
- Experience working with clients with Autism
- Must be flexible to cover Days and Nights
- Epilepsy experience desirable

- You must hold a Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.

Experience:
- Challenging Behaviour - Autism: 1 year (required)
