We are looking for an experienced office admin manager with sage accounts knowledge to be employed at our Escrick office near York .
Good salary and holidays - bonuses paid at the end of the year depending on overall company performance.
Full time preferably but we are open also to the right candidate at a minimum of 25 hours a week if cannot commit to full time .
We operate a very structured system and always open to new ideas to improve .
Job role includes
Purchase orders
Supplier invoices
Works contract orders to sub contractors
Sub contractor invoices
Entering on safe accounts
Setting payments up electronically
Running monthly recci’s
The usual on going admin requirements
Full training given
We are an electrical contracting company labour only and have almost 28 years under our belt .
