We’re looking for talented Waxing Specialists to join our growing team across Wax for Men and Wax for Women — specialist brands dedicated to professional, inclusive and high-quality waxing treatments for everybody.
Whether you’re already an experienced waxing therapist or a qualified beauty professional looking to specialise, we’d love to hear from you. Specialist training can be provided for the right person.
The Role
Our Waxing Specialists are at the heart of the client experience.
You'll create a relaxed, welcoming and judgement-free environment where every client feels comfortable, looked after and confident — from the moment they walk through the door.
Your role will include:
- Delivering professional male and/or female waxing treatments, including intimate waxing
- Providing friendly, personalised consultations and recommending appropriate treatments
- Making clients feel comfortable, relaxed and confident throughout their appointment
- Providing clear aftercare advice and answering client questions
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room presentation
- Building genuine relationships with clients and encouraging repeat bookings
- Maintaining accurate client and treatment records
- Working alongside the wider team to deliver consistently excellent customer service
- Keeping your knowledge and skills up to date with the latest waxing techniques, products and industry developments
Who We're Looking For
We’re interested in the person as much as the experience.
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in waxing or beauty therapy, but this isn't essential if you have the right attitude and foundation skills. Additional specialist training can be provided.
You’ll be:
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Confident communicating with a wide range of clients
- Comfortable providing treatments in a professional and discreet environment
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Committed to excellent hygiene and treatment standards
- Passionate about customer service and creating a brilliant client experience
- Keen to learn, develop and become an expert in specialist waxing
