You'll be carrying out asbestos management surveys across their domestic and commercial stock.
Day-to-day, that means:
- Management surveys in line with HSG264
- Supporting re-inspections and occasional refurbishment & demolition surveys
- Using in-house software to record accurate, usable data
- Working closely with planned and maintenance teams so work can move safely
- You'll manage your own diary
- You'll be trusted to get on with it
- And you won't be micromanaged
