Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff (aged 18 or over) to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Our current bar hours are 12pm to 9pm, except for Friday/Saturday which is 12pm to 12am/1am, it is preferred if you can work during these set hours and late night for closing shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for processing payments.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
