Fast growing retail financial services organisation with a major transformation agenda involving wholesale changes to their business operations and IT estate require an experienced Business Analyst to join a small team and help implement a new financial asset trading system. Encompassing a solid understanding of the life cycle of security trading activity and a track record in business and technology change, your background must include the successful implementation of an asset trading system into a wealth management environment. Skilled at gap analysis, complex process mapping and eliciting information from all manner of senior stakeholders and operations personnel, you must also be able to perform without close management and be happy with ambiguity. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels is also core to the role. The contract will be for initially 6 months, is predominantly home based (with some travel to the North of England) and pay c£575 per day (outside IR35).
