Overview
We're looking for a Project Manager to plan, budget and deliver the projects behind Servexa's growth — from market research and tendering through to the financial oversight and quality-controlled mobilisation of new FM contracts. This is a project and financial management role: you'll own the planning, budgeting and delivery of each growth initiative, not just the sales relationships that feed it.
Duties
- Plan, budget and financially manage Servexa's growth and contract-mobilisation projects, setting timelines, cost forecasts and resourcing plans, and tracking delivery against them.
- Lead the mobilisation of newly won FM contracts — coordinating staffing/subcontractor deployment, procurement, compliance documentation and site readiness so services go live on time, to specification and within budget.
- Lead the planned transition of field delivery from a subcontractor-based model to a directly employed workforce as new contracts are won, including recruitment and resourcing planning and employment-cost budgeting.
- Monitor and control project budgets, risk and quality throughout mobilisation and early delivery, reporting progress and compliance performance to senior management and, where required, clients.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification across the FM, healthcare and commercial property sectors.
- Lead tender, proposal and pricing development, including risk assessment and service-specification design.
- Build and manage relationships with property owners, landlords, and corporate and healthcare clients.
- Manage our CRM and pipeline-reporting system (e.g. HubSpot) to track opportunities and project milestones.
- Coordinate with the Director and HR & Compliance Officer to align resourcing, budgets and service standards for each project.
- What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management and business/financial planning, ideally within facilities management, property services, or a similarly project-driven, client-facing environment.
- Experience leading tenders, proposals or contract negotiations.
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills, with the ability to track project costs against forecast.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships with clients or property owners.
- Experience using a CRM system to manage pipeline and reporting.
- Degree in business, project management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
