Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team for Friday and Saturday shifts. You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team with cleaning, preparation, and ensuring the shift runs smoothly on our busiest evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food prep areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
- Empty bins, sweep and mop floors, and keep all surfaces clean and sanitised
- Assist with basic food preparation as required
- Assistance with preparing our charcuterie boards, appetisers and desserts where needed
- Assist with deliveries and stock rotation when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, but not essential
- Must be over 16 years old
- Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
- Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings
