Job Title: Sales Executive (C&D Windows & Doors) –
Location: Aberdeen/Dundee
Salary: £25,000 basic + high commission (OTE £60,000–£100,000+)
Alternative Option: Full commission structure available (uncapped earning potential)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the windows and doors sector. This is a self-employed opportunity suited to individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and are confident in closing sales.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Attending pre-booked appointments and completing new orders.
- Advising customers on our range of windows and doors
- Delivering professional sales presentations
- Closing sales and achieving targets
- Managing your own schedule and pipeline
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Professional and presentable at all times
