Facilities Resourcing Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Multi Trader to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a portfolio of high-end residential properties throughout London, carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair and installation works. The role has a strong emphasis on bathroom and kitchen fitting, but you will also be expected to undertake a variety of general multi-trade and handyman tasks to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail and is confident working in luxury residential environments where professionalism and customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bathroom and kitchen installations, repairs and refurbishments.
- General carpentry including doors, skirting, architraves and ironmongery.
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations.
- Minor tiling, patch plastering and decorating.
- General handyman and property maintenance duties.
- Reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
- Fault finding and completing repairs efficiently.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent housekeeping on site.
- Providing outstanding customer service when working in occupied residential properties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within residential property maintenance.
- Strong bathroom and kitchen fitting experience.
- Competent across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and general building maintenance.
- Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
