Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment, in accordance with food safety standards.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods by applying effective time management skills.
- Verify guest age and identity to comply with legal alcohol service regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, providing correct change and receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a lively, enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages and ingredients.
- Experience in serving or bartending within a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and measurements.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Effective communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
