Pallant Advanced Dentistry is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our specialist-led team in Chichester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a modern, award-winning private practice offering specialist orthodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and dental implants.
As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you'll play a key role in guiding them through their treatment journey - from their initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance and handover into clinical care.
This is far more than an administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and helping patients make confident decisions about their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new patient enquiries by phone, email, website and social media.
- Guide patients through the consultation and treatment journey.
- Coordinate specialist consultations and treatment planning.
- Discuss treatment options, fees and payment plans.
- Follow up pending treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with our specialists, nurses and reception team.
- Help deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
About You
You'll be:

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees and finance options.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in a dental practice, healthcare, treatment coordination, sales or customer service would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right person.
