Bloomfields Horseboxes is renowned for producing some of the highest-quality horseboxes in the industry, while Team Bloomfields offers an exciting range of equestrian and country clothing.
We are seeking a Driver / Handyperson to join our team. This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and confident using their own initiative while moving between a range of tasks.
Driver Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current, full, clean driving licence (essential)
- The ability to drive 7.5-tonne vehicles
- The ability to ride and drive a motorcycle
- An HGV licence would be advantageous but is not essential
Handyman Requirements
Applicants should possess a broad range of practical skills, including but not limited to:
- Basic building and construction work
- Decorating and painting as required
- General repairs and day-to-day maintenance
- Grounds maintenance, including gardening and lawn care
- Basic electrical work
- Fencing repairs and installation
- Joinery and carpentry skills
- Plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
- Welding experience (advantageous)
There will also be opportunities to become involved in property renovation projects.
Additional Information
- This is a hands-on and varied position.
- The successful candidate must be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Some weekend work may be required.
