Niche Patisserie in Oswestry is seeking a Front of House Senior Team member/Manager who shares our enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
As our Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest who walks through our doors feels valued, relaxed, and indulged. You will lead by example, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service and fostering a team culture that revolves around exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business and front of house, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining cleanliness and organising staff on a daily basis
- Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the essence of Niche Patisserie.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized attention.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house operations.
- Utilise your barista experience to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to our guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Look after a small team to ensure all business needs are met on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café, bakery, or restaurant setting.
- Barista experience with the ability to craft and serve a variety of coffee beverages.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
