Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving high quality barista-style coffees and hot drinks.
- Preparing sandwiches, light meals, and other café food to a consistently high standard.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and presentation throughout the café.
- Supporting colleagues and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous café or coffee shop experience is essential.
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffees.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.
- Someone who remains calm under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work.
