We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Engineer to lead the development and delivery of engineering solutions across complex heavy lift and transportation projects. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, this role is responsible for producing and overseeing technical solutions, designs and engineering associated with onsite lifting operations, transportation, load-out, marine transport and load-in activities. This role will also be responsible for leadership, management and mentorship for Project Engineers and Graduate Engineers, supporting their technical development and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Lead the development of innovative, technically robust engineering solutions across heavy lift, transportation, installation and marine operations.
Take ownership of complex engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, visualisations, methodologies and risk assessments ensuring technical excellence throughout.
Oversee and review the work of project and graduate engineers, providing guidance, quality assurance, mentorship and development across all areas.
Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale construction or heavy lift projects across transportation, lifting, installing or marine scopes.
