Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Letting Negotiator to join our dynamic property management team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering questions confidently to generate interest
- Negotiate lease terms, rental prices, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate with landlords to ensure properties are prepared for viewings and meet quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, negotiations, and agreements in the company’s database
- Assist in marketing available properties through online listings, social media, and other channels
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing lease documentation and processing applications efficiently
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader range of clients and enhance negotiation success
- Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with team members and property owners
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate viewings, follow-ups, and documentation accurately
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Must drive and have a car
- Be able to use Alto and Goodlord

Pay: £25,500.00-£30,867.08 per year
