We’re on the hunt for skilled, passionate, and reliable Chefs who love creating incredible food and thrive in a fast-paced, family-style environment. Whether you're prepping, firing pizzas, or crafting our specials, every dish you create helps bring our guests together.
What You’ll Be Cooking Up:
- Prepping and cooking delicious Italian-inspired dishes to Mamma’s high standards
- Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation on every plate
- Working closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smooth as olive oil
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Able to work independently and confidently during busy service
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking and kitchen hygiene
- consistent with food quality, portion control and presentation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- A calm, confident attitude under pressure
- Passion for fresh ingredients and Italian flavours
- Reliability and flexibility – evenings and weekends are our busiest times!
