Job Title: CRM & Revenue Operations Manager
Location: Leeds, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a CRM & Revenue Operations Manager to join our amazing team at Leep Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.
The CRM & Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for designing, building, optimising and scaling Leep Group’s revenue-generation engine within HubSpot. The role ensures HubSpot becomes the single source of truth for lead generation, lead management, automation, nurturing, attribution and revenue reporting.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data and Operations, the role translates commercial priorities into robust HubSpot architecture, workflows, dashboards and campaign processes that improve conversion, sales productivity and measurable pipeline creation.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the internal HubSpot platform owner and subject matter expert across CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Configure and maintain lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, lists, forms, lead routing, workflows, sequences and user permissions.
- Build automated journeys for website leads, MQL qualification, SDR/BDE handoff, customer cross-sell, re-engagement and win-back activity.
- Develop audience segmentation, lead scoring and campaign workflows to improve targeting, conversion and sales follow-up.
- Create HubSpot dashboards and reporting packs covering lead generation, pipeline creation, conversion, campaign ROI and revenue influence.
- Maintain CRM data quality, attribution discipline and process adherence across Sales, Marketing and Customer teams.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar role, administering HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub and building HubSpot workflows, lists, properties, forms, emails and sequences.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, funnel conversion and sales handoff processes, with the ability to creating dashboards and reports for sales, marketing or revenue operations.
- Process-driven and able to translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions.
- Experience in apprenticeships, funded education, employability or workforce development desirable but not essential.
