At Unique Senior Care, we're passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead our Extra Care Housing services, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the day-to-day operation of the service, support and develop your team, drive performance, and build strong relationships with clients, families, housing partners, and healthcare professionals.

Lead the safe and effective delivery of care services within Extra Care schemes.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Manage care teams, including recruitment, performance management, training, and development.

Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits, and service quality monitoring.

Drive client satisfaction through strong communication, engagement, and complaint resolution.

Monitor service performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build positive relationships with stakeholders and represent the organisation professionally.

Minimum 2 years' care experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.

Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and CQC requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards).

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Enhanced DBS check required.
