We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident person to join our team at Clean Shield Professional Ltd in our Gloucester office.
The hours are Monday to Thursday, 9.30am–5pm and the rate of pay is £13.00 per hour (Fortnightly pay)
This is a varied role and we’re looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people, is confident on the phone and, most importantly, has get-up-and-go and can use their own initiative!
No two days are ever quite the same at Clean Shield. One minute you could be answering the phone or replying to emails, the next you might be booking an interview, helping with new starter paperwork or assisting with a last-minute shift change.
The role will include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- General day-to-day office administration
- Liaising with our cleaners and clients
- Booking and helping with interviews
- Preparing new starter paperwork
- Helping organise staff start-ups
- Updating records and office systems
- Assisting with shift changes and staff cover
- Helping to keep our busy office running smoothly
- Making sure documents are up to date and compliant
- Day to day running of diary
- Overseeing the company vehicles
- Placing stores orders
- Supporting Operations Director and Commercial Director
We’re not looking for someone who knows everything from day one — we’re happy to train the right person.
