We are seeking an experienced, service-focused Part-Time Bartender/Waiter to join our small team. Please do not apply for this role if you are seeking full time work/hours consistently higher than those advertised below.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve house cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to diners.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after service.
- Comply with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
About You
- Previous cocktail bartending experience in a quality bar or restaurant.
- Basic wine knowledge.
- Prior experience in a quality restaurant environment.
- High attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be over 18 years old. Previous experience essential.
Hours & Availability
- Part-time position: approximately 6-15 hours per week.
- You must be able to work past midnight on any day of the week and have transport organised accordingly.
- Evening and weekend availability is essential; some holiday shifts may be required.
- Potential for additional shifts during busy periods or special events.
