We are looking for a full or part time maintenance gardener to join a busy team. We deal solely with private, top end gardens in the Richmond area of South West London and Hampshire.
Applicant must have a good working knowledge of common garden plants and experience with the usual maintenance tools.
Driving licence is essential.

THE ROLE:
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a similar position with van driving experience.
- Good plant knowledge and a pro-active approach to plant care and garden maintenance.
- Be able to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Comfortable working as part of a team or alone.
- The work will be a mix of maintenance, soft landscaping, and planting projects.
- Opportunity to develop horticultural skills further with designing planting schemes and working closely with experienced horticulturalist/designer.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Full Clean UK driving license (Mandatory)
- Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
- Good UK plant knowledge
- Pest and disease identification and treatment experience
- Soft landscaping experience
- Friendly and polite with good client skills
- Willing to take responsibility for additional duties
