Help Shape the Future of Workplace Design
At Innov8 Workspace Solutions, we're passionate about creating inspiring places for people to work. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a BIM & Revit Technician to help us develop the digital side of our business and support the delivery of exciting commercial interior projects across the UK and Ireland.
If you enjoy working in Revit, have an eye for detail, and want to be part of a close-knit team where your ideas and input genuinely matter, we'd love to hear from you.
About Us
We're a Belfast-based workplace design and commercial interiors company, specialising in interior design, furniture, fit-out and workplace consultancy.
Our team works closely with clients from the earliest design stages right through to installation, creating workplaces that are both functional and inspiring. As our projects continue to evolve, we're investing in our BIM capability and building a strong digital foundation for the future.
The Role
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work closely with our design and project teams to create and maintain high-quality Revit content.
You'll help build and manage our library of Revit families, support project teams with BIM deliverables, and ensure our digital content is accurate, organised and ready to support live projects.
It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of design and wants to develop their BIM knowledge in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining high-quality parametric Revit families.
- Producing accurate BIM models and project content.
- Managing Level of Detail (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) requirements.
- Maintaining and improving our internal Revit library.
- Producing schedules and technical information directly from Revit.
- Preparing BIM information for project submissions.
- Supporting the wider design team with technical modelling and BIM queries.
- Helping develop and improve our BIM standards and workflows.
- Working with suppliers to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Continually looking for ways to improve efficiency and consistency.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing accurate work, and is keen to keep learning.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment.
- Experience creating or editing Revit families.
- A good understanding of BIM principles.
- Knowledge of LOD and LOI.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage several projects at once.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Experience within commercial interiors, architecture or construction.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650.
- Experience with IFC workflows.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Experience using Enscape or other visualisation software.
Don't worry if you don't tick every box—we're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and a willingness to grow.
What You'll Get
- The opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting commercial projects.
- Ongoing training and support to develop your BIM skills.
- A friendly and collaborative team environment.
- Modern office facilities in Belfast.
- Opportunities to grow as the business continues to evolve.
- The chance to help shape how BIM develops within Innov8.
