Summary
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks ganger to join our team for projects throughout the UK to take control of day to day site operations . This role is vital in overseeing our civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and set tasks
- Ensuring works are completed safely and on program.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Problem solving on site
- Leading by example, hands on when required.
- Ability to read drawings and set levels.

Good rates of pay negotiable depending on experiance. Company vehicle and fuel card supplied. Accomadation whilst working away provided plus a night out allowance.
Pay: £21.00-£25.00 per hour
