The Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Handle property maintenance issues from start to finish, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Ensure properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation, including health & safety, gas safety, electrical safety, EPC, licensing, and fire safety requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and local authorities
- Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
- Handle tenant deposit returns and negotiate deposit deductions where required
- Resolve tenant and landlord queries in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in property management (2 years minimum, preferably within the UK property sector)
- Strong knowledge of property compliance and tenancy legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions confidently
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence is required

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
