Being Technical Support
A technical support operative in an office is responsible for ensuring that all engineer and client information is transferred and runs smoothly while helping staff resolve any technical issues they encounter. Their duties include troubleshooting problems with site-specific drainage and grease management problems and also project work issues to find the best solution for the client. They provide support through phone, email, or helpdesk systems, explaining solutions in a clear and simple way. Technical support operative also maintains records of issues and solutions for the business.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
