Operations Coordinator
Tee Box operates two golf facilities in The City of London.
Members and guests learn, practice and play golf in the most technically advanced indoor golf studios in The UK.

An exciting opportunity for a Full time Operations executive to join the team at Tee Box. With 14 golf simulators, Tee Box is the UK's largest Trackman-powered indoor golf company. We have a dedicated team of established golf professionals, giving golfers in London a place to learn, practice and play.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and problem solving traits to develop their career in the Golf Industry, where you will learn all about the rapidly growing golf simulator market.
Location: Leadenhall/St Pauls
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour (based on experience) + overtime
Contract: 36 hours per week + regular holiday cover
Working pattern: Weekdays and every Saturday.
Variable shift pattern during holiday cover (between 7am-9pm Monday-Friday & 8am-5pm Saturday & Sunday).
What are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone to work a mix between weekdays and weekends (every Saturday), as well as providing holiday cover for our staff during the week.
- You will be contracted for 36 hours each week but some weeks you could be required to cover up to 45 hours during staff holidays. Being flexible in regard to availability is paramount for this role
- Excellent customer service skills and Operational knowledge. An interest in golf is desirable but not essential
- Must be organised, have good attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast paced customer facing environment whilst also having a knack for problem solving
- Tech Savvy. We have a lot of technology in our facility that will occasionally need troubleshooting. Experience with Trackman advantageous but not essential
