Sabrina Joinery is a specialist manufacturer of high-quality bespoke timber products predominantly windows and doors. We take pride in traditional craftsmanship combined with modern manufacturing techniques, producing exceptional joinery products primarily in Accoya and Oak.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Bench Joiner to join our workshop team.
The Role
As a Bench Joiner, you will be involved in the manufacture of bespoke windows and doors from start to finish. Working from technical drawings, you'll produce high-quality joinery to exacting standards using premium timbers, ensuring every product meets our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing bespoke timber windows and doors.
- Working predominantly with Accoya and Oak.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
- Assembling, fitting, sanding and preparing products to a high standard.
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Bench Joiner or in a similar joinery manufacturing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Experience working with hardwoods, particularly Oak (Accoya experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and a positive, reliable attitude.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
