The Role: Supply Chain Executive/Manager ( US Market, working hours: 12:30pm-9:00pm)
Role Responsibilities:
● Onboard and integrate serviced apartment partners onto TheSqua.re platform
across the UK and Ireland.
● Ensure all property listings are accurate, complete, and up to date, including rates,
amenities, policies, and high-quality imagery.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the primary point of
contact for ongoing support and collaboration.
● Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and availability to maximise revenue and secure
bookings.
● Proactively manage inventory and availability, particularly in high-demand markets.
● Conduct regular audits of property listings to ensure compliance with brand
standards and corporate housing requirements.
● Monitor supplier performance using customer feedback and internal metrics,
addressing service or quality issues where necessary.
● Resolve operational issues efficiently, including relocations and service recovery, to
maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Analyse and report on supplier performance and portfolio productivity to support
continuous improvement and year-on-year growth.
● Establish, manage, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all partners.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and other internal
teams to meet client requirements and support market expansion.
● Identify and develop opportunities to grow and strengthen the supplier network.
● Represent TheSqua.re in partner meetings and industry events; travel may be
required.
