Hours: 20–40 hours per week (full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: Day shifts on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays
Start Date: Immediate start available

Ashley Court is a friendly 41 bed care home, specialising in residential and dementia care. Providing high quality, person centred care for older adults. We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our day team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and continence care
- Support residents with mobility and moving & handling
- Encourage independence whilst providing appropriate support
- Assist residents with meals, hydration and nutrition
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns promptly
- Complete care records accurately and in a timely manner
- Promote a safe, clean and comfortable environment
- Support residents with activities and social interaction
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience working in an elderly care setting
- Care Certificate
- Good written and spoken English
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work well within a team
- Right to work in the UK (we are not currently offering sponsorship)
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Experience supporting residents living with dementia
- Moving & Handling training
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,719.61 per year
