Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a secure role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated production facility in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern equipment, develop your technical skills and play a key role in maintaining production performance.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production and site equipment. You'll also support continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing reliability, efficiency and uptime.
Responsibilities

Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance

Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems

Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns efficiently

Reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings

Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities

Identifying opportunities to improve asset reliability and performance
What We're Looking For
-
Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or industrial environments

Strong electrical fault-finding skills with mechanical competence

HNC/ONC or equivalent engineering qualification preferred

Experience working on automated machinery and production equipment

Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques would be advantageous
