Temp to Perm Billing Administrator & Customer Services Advisor
Location: Warrington (Office-based)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 - 16:30)
Work Pattern: Fully office-based
Contract: Full-time, Temporary sickness cover
About the Role
Sterling PVCU is looking to recruit a (Temp to Perm) Billing Administrator & Customer Services Advisor to join our growing and busy accounts office in Warrington to cover illness . This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines billing administration with customer service support, ideal for someone with strong office experience and excellent attention to detail.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing processes and payment collection while providing a professional and helpful service to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound calls and front of house when customers arrive
- Raising and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling customer billing queries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate customer and account records, excel
- Supporting the accounts team with general administrative duties
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing or account issues
- Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous office-based experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy office environment
