BEC UK is a purpose-driven charity organisation supporting individuals to achieve greater clarity, confidence and direction in their personal, career and business development.
Our Cognitive Mapping Programme, known as CMP, helps participants identify their strengths, abilities, development needs and suitable career or business pathways. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Enrolment Officer to help promote the programme and support more people through the enrolment journey.
About the Role
As a CMP Enrolment Officer, you will be responsible for generating interest in the programme, speaking with prospective participants, arranging consultations and converting suitable enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
This is a people-focused and target-driven position suited to someone with experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, fundraising, customer service or community engagement.
You will communicate with individuals, employers, charities, colleges, job-support organisations and community groups across Leicester and the wider UK.
Main Duties
- Promote CMP through calls, emails, social media, networking and community outreach.
- Respond professionally to programme enquiries.
- Explain the benefits, structure and expected outcomes of CMP.
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective participants.
- Identify suitable participants and support them through enrolment.
- Follow up leads consistently by phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Build referral relationships with employers, charities, colleges and community organisations.
- Arrange and deliver programme presentations and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments and enrolments.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales and enrolment targets.
- Support participants with registration, payment and onboarding.
- Provide activity and performance reports to the CMP Project Manager.
- Attend relevant networking events, workshops and promotional activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, fundraising, customer service or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking to prospective participants and organisational decision-makers.
- Strong persuasion, consultation and relationship-building skills.
- A professional and supportive approach to sales.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Competence using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in helping individuals improve their career and life opportunities.
Experience within education, training, employability, coaching, charity work or community engagement would be an advantage.
