YourTopia is a 5-star mobile beauty and wellness service in London, bringing spa-quality treatments to clients across London. We offer massages, luxury facials, manicures, and pedicures at homes, AirBnb, offices, events, and luxury hotels.
Summary
We re looking for passonate and skilled Massage Therapists, Beauticians (including facials), and Nail Technicians to join our growing team.
You ll deliver luxury treatments to private clients, hotel guests, and high-end brand events with the opportunity to gain exposure to celebrity and VIP clientele through our exclusive partnerships.

Please note: We require all team members to make a small payment for their YourTopia kit (more information will be given during the onboarding process).
Must haves and responsibilities
- MUST live in London
- Must be a mobile beautician with a minimum of one year experience
- Manage daily operations at the London location, ensuring smooth scheduling and service delivery.
- Have OPI products
- Self-employed with own professional equipment and products
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Support guest services by creating a welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Full indemnity insurance
Qualifications
- Qualified (Level 2/3)
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to coordinate multiple appointments efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with a passion for wellness and beauty.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment
