Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Assist dental professionals during treatments by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using IT systems, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Provide clear information to patients regarding procedures, aftercare, and appointments in fluent English
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks with organization and attention to detail
- Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients to foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Genuine interest in patient care, nursing, or healthcare environments
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic IT literacy for handling appointment systems and record keeping
- Ability to work well as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills related to dental nursing and reception duties
