Paragon Logistics Group Ltd is one of the UK's fastest-growing specialist logistics companies, providing temperature-controlled transport, warehousing, fulfilment and commercial vehicle hire services nationwide.
Working with leading food manufacturers, restaurant groups, parcel delivery networks and retail customers, we operate a fast-paced 24/7 logistics operation where customer service and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at our Greenford headquarters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives under pressure and wants to build a long-term career within a growing logistics business.

- Assist with route planning, resource allocation and daily operational planning.
- Support the implementation of new customer accounts and contracts.
- Work with senior management to continuously improve service levels and operational performance.
