We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team and drive excellence across our operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff
- Manage stock control and labour management to achieve optimal P&L
- Maintain organised administrative records, including sales reports and inventory logs
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent personal & phone etiquette and organisational skills
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within a retail setting
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide staff toward shared goals
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions, conflict resolution, and customer interactions
- Knowledge of Service principles and sales management strategies
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative duties and store presentation
