About the Role
We are a busy, established service company based in Fulham, looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator / Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, thrives on variety, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating work schedules, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Build positive relationships with customers while managing expectations.
- Liaise daily with high-end property managers, estate agents, relocation companies, and private clients.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and estimates.
- Process bookings and coordinate work schedules.
- Manage Outlook calendars and arrange appointments for the team.
- Monitor the progress of jobs and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Work closely with colleagues to coordinate workloads and maintain excellent service standards.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide general office administration support as required.
Ideal Candidate
You will be an organised, personable, and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and keeping multiple projects on track. You will be comfortable juggling competing priorities, communicating confidently with clients, and ensuring every job is managed efficiently from enquiry to completion.
Previous experience in an office administration, customer service, sales support, or scheduling role would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
