Complex Care Nurse (RGN)

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in Complex Care?
We're looking for compassionate, skilled Complex Care Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex clinical needs in their own homes across Wiltshire.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering specialist nursing care in a community setting
- Managing complex conditions, medications and clinical observations
- Supporting clients with neurological conditions and other long-term health needs
- Providing care for clients with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, CPAP/non-invasive ventilation, epilepsy, diabetes management, and complex medication regimes
- Promoting independence, dignity and quality of life
- Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
What we're looking for:
- Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience in Complex Care, ICU, Neurology, Rehabilitation or Community Nursing
- Competent in one or more of the following: PEG care, tracheostomy management, CPAP/non-invasive ventilation, epilepsy/seizure management, diabetes management (including insulin administration), and complex medication administration
- Confident recognising and responding to clinical deterioration
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
