Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Bideford, North Devon
Salary: £13.00–£13.50 per hour (£27,040–£28,080 per annum approx.)

Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
- Total: 40 hours per week
Introduction:
We are a busy, well-established joinery business specializing in bespoke cabinet making. We are looking for a motivated CNC Machine Operator who values hard work, attention to detail, and has a strong work ethic. The right candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist cabinet makers and other workshop team members with various tasks.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping around the workshop.
- Support other areas of the workshop, including packing and loading.
- Problem-solve independently when issues arise.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery, or CNC operation is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of CAD software or SolidWorks is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills within the joinery and cabinet making trade.
