Logistics Operator – Quickline Logistics
Location: Liverpool
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (between 07:00–18:00)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Now, we’re looking for a Logistics Operator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our operations—planning, coordinating, and managing deliveries to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating same-day and haulage deliveries
- Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Planning routes and allocating jobs efficiently
- Monitoring live jobs and resolving any issues in real time
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication
- Using internal systems and technology to manage operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Same day logistics /courier industry (Preferably)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable using systems/technology
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Shift patterns between 07:00 – 18:00
- Occasional out-of-hours cover (evenings/weekends) on a rota basis
- Out-of-hours work is fully remunerated
