Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
- Provide recommendations and upselling of menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience
-Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
-Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
